Supportive and justice rooted sessions designed to deepen your skills in serving communities impacted by trauma, substance use, young parenthood, and systemic injustice. Each training blends practical tools with space for reflection, helping you show up with clarity, care, and confidence.
Community circles are facilitated spaces for reflection, connection, and collective care. Through vision boarding, storytelling, skill sharing, and creative mapping, each circle explores themes like emotional labor, rest, resilience, and the shared wisdom of birthwork. These gatherings honor lived experience and nurture joy, renewal, and belonging.
Engaging mixed-media workshops that promote emotional wellbeing, support self-care, and inspire personal growth. Using collage, color, and found imagery, these sessions invite participants to process emotions, tap into intuition, and explore creative expression—no art experience needed. Each workshop is adaptable to the unique needs of individuals or groups, offering a welcoming space to reflect, release, and reconnect through art.
